How can I place an order?
You can place an order online, via email, or phone. To order, inquire about an existing order, or request more information about our products, please contact our sales department on 01242 805165.
What payment options do you accept?
- Net Terms: Net 30 days on approval of credit (requires a completed and signed credit application submitted with an order; processing takes 3–5 business days).
- Bank Transfer: Available, please email us for details.
- Credit Cards: Visa & MasterCard accepted and charged at time of shipment.
- International Orders: Must be prepaid via wired funds or credit card.
⚠️ Shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred by the receiving country.
💵 All prices and invoices are in Pound Sterling and must be paid in Pound Sterling.
How are orders shipped?
Orders ship from our Cheltenham warehouse in the UK via DPD, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. To receive electronic DPD shipping notifications, please provide your email address with your order.
What is your return policy?
- We do not sell on consignment or guaranteed sale basis.
- We do not accept returns.
- Please notify us immediately if you find any discrepancy with your order.
- Customers will be charged a 15% restock fee plus shipping for refused orders.
