Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Placing an order with Really?! will be taken as acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  1. Minimum Order Value – Our minimum order value (MOV) is £100. Orders below £100 are not accepted. Carriage is free of charge on all orders (UK Mainland).

  2. Worldwide Shipping – We’re happy to ship worldwide. For orders outside of UK Mainland, please contact our Customer Service team for a delivery quote.

  3. Prices & VAT – All prices are NET. VAT at the prevailing UK rate will be applied to all invoices where applicable.

  4. Order Fulfilment – We always aim to deliver your order in full. If for any reason we are unable to complete an order, part-shipments will be made at our discretion.

  5. Returns – Goods correctly delivered are not eligible for return or exchange. Only damaged or faulty products may be returned, in which case a credit or replacement will be issued.

  6. Shortages – Any shortages must be reported to Really?! Customer Service within 7 working days of receipt.

  7. Damages/Faults – Damaged or faulty products should be reported immediately to Customer Service. A credit or replacement will be arranged.

  8. Payment Terms – All invoices are due for settlement prior to delivery unless a credit account has been agreed. Credit account invoices are due on the 30th day following the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Credit facilities may be withdrawn at our discretion.

  9. Default – If the purchaser defaults on payment or obligations to Really?!, we reserve the right to demand immediate payment of all outstanding balances and/or postpone or cancel any contracts for supply not yet fulfilled.
